Scheduling

All appointments are scheduled online. NLWC receptionist will assist you in planning your appointment with us. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. A late arrival will deprive you of treatment time as we end all appointments on time to respect the next scheduled appointment. We will guarantee your reservation to your credit card. Please give 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid a account charge equal to the amount of your treatment fee.

Please – No Refunds – No Exceptions!

Cancellations

NLWC values our time together. To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all appointments be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours. Appointments changed in less than the required time will be billed in full. According to our policy refunds will not be provided for missed sessions.

How To Prepare

For maximum results, we advise no eating 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Parking

For your convenience free and ample parking is available for the Virginia Beach location. Street parking is available in Washington, DC location. Keep in mind the Eastern Market Metro station is a 1/2 block walking distance to the center.

Health Information

In order to ensure customized treatments, each patient must complete a general health intake form during their first visit. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your scheduled appointments.

Payments Options

NLWC is pleased to accept Cash, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is a $35 fee for any returned check card transactions. We don’t accept insurance for payment. Colonics are covered by some flex-spending accounts.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included with any of our wellness center services or gift certificates. All gratuities are at your discretion. NLWC receptionist will be happy to assist you. New Life Wellness Center is grateful for your loyalty and referrals.

Cell Phone Policy

NLWC understands the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guest, cell phone use is not permitted during treatments.

Draping And Comfort

Generally, undress partially to receive the full benefits of Colonic treatments.We will provide a disposable gown for your convenience. To respect your privacy throughout your treatment, only the region being worked on is undraped. Your comfort and care is of the greatest concern and priority. Please let us know if we can assist you in finding your comfort level.

We reserve your appointment time for you. Detoxification sessions changed or cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged in full. Pre-Paid Packages will forfeit missed sessions and expire after 1 year. Special Offer Pre-Paid Packages will forfeit missed sessions and expire 60 days from purchase or as specified on that offer. Pre-Paid appointments are non=refundable, are specific for the person who purchased the pre-paid appointments.
